Ive been eating in the Fit Food Kitchen for two years now. I never tire of the imaginative menu or the wonderful staff. I take my health seriously and for the last 12 months Ive maintained a steady single figure % body fat. I cannot cook this at home for the price so why bother? Well done the Fit Food Team.
