Our Refund Policy
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. Should there be a request to cancel meal plans; it will take effect in 10 working days
* Cancellation refund for meal plans is only under extreme circumstance and upon approval of Fit Food Management. A two (2) weeks processing time with twenty percent (20%) cancellation fee will apply on the meal plan retail price with all discounts forfeited.
* Refunds are only applicable if a customer has received ruined food, I.E food that with cause sickness to the customer.
* If a customer received a missing meal or late delivery. The missing meal will be replaced, or the day will be added and given after the finishing day of the plan.
* Customer who does not wish to continue their meal-plan will not be given a refund for the remaining days.
* If customer receive food that is not requested this is not applicable to a refund, the day will be replaced with the correct food.
* Discounted meal plans are not applicable to any refund.
* Customers are only permitted to make changes according to allergens and dietary requirements according to health conditions. This will not be applicable for a refund.
