Terms & Conditions For Meal Plans

PAYMENTS
  • Payment is to be made in Full before or on the first day of your plan. Daily payments will not be accepted.
  • We can arrange for payments to be made by card machine or we can provide you with a link to pay directly into our account.
ALLERGY (OR LIST OF UNWANTED FOODS)
  • The Customer will inform The Fit Food Kitchen a list of all allergies at least 24 hours before we start your Meal Plan. The Customer will be given a questionnaire relating to allergies that must be answered accurately and correctly. The Provider will not be responsible for allergic reactions experienced by the Customer.
  • Some of the food we have designed consists of Lactose Free Protein powder. Protein supplements may cause health problems for people who are allergic to protein powder.
  • The Customer must inform the Provider of any medical conditions or illnesses or a pregnancy to ensure Meal Plans are prepared correctly. We take every precaution to provide our Customers the highest level of care.
CHANGING ORDERS
  • Changes to an existing Meal Plan must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the delivery schedule.
  • The Customer may change their Meal Plan menu up to 4 times a month if necessary. Additional fees will apply for more than four changes in each month.
DELIVERY TIMES
  • Deliveries are to be made once per day. Provider will give customer delivery time options.
  • The Customer must advise the Provider of a change of address or deliver times 24 hours in advance.
FREEZING OPTIO
  • Customers have the option of freezing their Meal Plans for up to 60 days from the commencement date.
